Preboarding in MijnLoket

Heb je een uitnodiging ontvangen om alvast je gegevens aan te leveren in MijnLoket? Dan is de preboarding gestart. Via een paar eenvoudige stappen vul je jouw gegevens in, lever je documenten aan en zorg je dat alles op tijd geregeld is voor je eerste werkdag. In dit artikel lees je hoe dat werkt.

Je uitnodiging ontvangen, wat nu?

Je ontvangt van je werkgever een e-mail met een uitnodiging om een MijnLoket-account aan te maken of in te loggen als je al een account hebt. Via de link in de mail kom je direct in de juiste omgeving om je gegevens aan te vullen.

De link in de e-mail is tijdelijk geldig, dus vul je gegevens zo snel mogelijk in. Na het inloggen word je stap voor stap door het proces geleid.

Welke gegevens worden uitgevraagd?

Tijdens preboarding vraagt je werkgever je om een aantal gegevens aan te leveren. Welke dit precies zijn, kan per organisatie verschillen. Veelvoorkomende onderdelen zijn:

• Een kopie of foto van je ID-bewijs
• Persoonsgegevens zoals naam en geboortedatum
• Je BSN
• Je IBAN (rekeningnummer)
• Adresgegevens en contactgegevens
• Je keuze voor loonheffingskorting (ja of nee)
• Een ondertekend loonheffingsverklaringsformulier

Soms vraagt je werkgever ook extra documenten zoals een rijbewijs, diploma’s of een VOG. Staat iets niet in jouw lijst? Dan is het waarschijnlijk niet nodig.

ID uploaden en gegevens uitlezen

MijnLoket vraagt je om een foto of scan van je ID-bewijs te uploaden. Zodra je dit hebt toegevoegd, leest MijnLoket automatisch de relevante gegevens uit, zoals je naam, geboortedatum en documentnummer. Zo hoef je deze gegevens niet handmatig in te vullen.

Niet in één keer klaar? Geen probleem

Je kunt altijd tussentijds stoppen. Alles wat je hebt ingevuld wordt automatisch opgeslagen. Je kunt later verdergaan via de link in de e-mail of door in te loggen op mijn.loket.nl

Wat gebeurt er met je gegevens?

De gegevens die je aanlevert, worden veilig opgeslagen in je personeelsdossier. Alleen jij, je werkgever en eventueel het salarisadministratiekantoor hebben toegang. Zodra alles is ingevuld, krijg je een melding dat je preboarding is afgerond.

You received your invitation, what now?

You will receive an email from your employer with an invitation to create a MijnLoket account, or to sign in if you already have one. The link in the email takes you straight to the right environment to complete your details.

The link in the email is only valid for a limited time, so make sure to complete your details as soon as possible. After signing in, you will be guided through the process step by step.

Which details are requested?

During preboarding, your employer asks you to provide a number of details. Exactly which details are requested may differ per organisation. Common examples include:

• A copy or photo of your ID document
• Personal details such as your name and date of birth
• Your BSN (Dutch citizen service number)
• Your IBAN (bank account number)
• Your address and contact details
• Your choice for payroll tax credit (yes or no)
• A signed payroll tax credit declaration form

In some cases, your employer may also ask for extra documents such as a driving licence, diplomas or a certificate of conduct. Is something missing from your list? Then it is probably not required.

Upload your ID and read details automatically

MijnLoket asks you to upload a photo or scan of your ID document. As soon as you add it, MijnLoket automatically reads the relevant details, such as your name, date of birth and document number. That means you do not have to enter these details manually.

Not finishing it all at once? No problem

You can stop at any time during the process. Everything you have entered is saved automatically. You can continue later through the link in the email or by signing in at mijn.loket.nl

What happens to your details?

The details you provide are stored securely in your employee file. Only you, your employer and, if applicable, the payroll office have access. Once everything has been completed, you will receive a notification that your preboarding has been completed.
